All rooms are non-refundable however are transferable up to 30 days of your booking (subject to availability).

All damages and breakages must be reported and paid for. Any missing items will be charged for.

All rooms are strictly non-smoking, smoking indoors will result in a £250 fee.

In consideration of all guests, pets are not permitted in the rooms. However, guide dogs for the visually impaired are welcome.

All vouchers remain valid for one year from the date of purchase.
